From the outset we wanted to create a firm that is not only outstanding, creative, and professional, but also open and friendly. A firm where both our employees and clients feel good. A firm that is able to tell important matters from unimportant, what is really necessary from what is marginal. A firm that is understandable and intelligent, while free from the tiresome front assumed by so many others.

Such goals are never fully attained, yet one always pursues and believes in them. Our pursuit and belief in them has been reaffirmed since, with time, we have seen that the vision of the law firm is increasingly accepted and appreciated - and that which separated us is a distinct advantage rather than hindrance.

The law firm provides services pertaining to all business activities.

The greater part of our practice involves two areas. The first one includes huge economic operations: mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, bankruptcies, stock issuances. The second one encompasses the provision of legal services for companies. In our opinion those who do not pay attention to the second of the above area, may have difficulties with tasks constituting the first realm of activities.

We have attained notable success in specialized domains of law and we develop the following competencies: law of protection of competition, pharmaceutical law or telecommunications law.

We believe in the necessity of specialization, but we believe most in civil law as the foundation of legal soundness. Hence, we believe that when one is a true "civilist" mastering any other area of law is only a matter of time.

In this site, one can find the story of each person employed by our firm. Most of those working in the firm come from outside of Warsaw. This is not only signum temporis of the growth of capitalism in Poland, where migration of the most talented has become obvious and expected. This is proof, as well as the root, of the cultural and intellectual color of the firm.

The seat of the law firm is located in one of the most renowned places in Warsaw - Plac Zamkowy (Castle Square). From the windows of our offices extends a picture perfect view of Zigmund's Column, a symbol through which the historical climate of the capital is evoked.

Two floors and over three hundred square meters create and atmosphere of comfort and elegance, as in the reception area, and of a modern workplace, as in the office area.

The interior of our office, designed in part by celebrated architect Piotr Majewski, as well as by Wojciech Godzinski, and decorated by the paintings of Weronika Naszarkowska-Multanowska, retains an image upheld by official publications as a working connection of dignity and prestige with a breaking of the traditional formality and stiffness associated with most law firms.

Our „columned” logo – having been used since 1 December 2009, designed by Wojciech Wilk – combining a hint of joke and perversity, expresses our dissimilarity as well as peculiarity, without which our life and work would be stripped of their spiciness.
