Here are to find certain products of our Law Office: contracts along with comments, thematic classification and model documents. These are products resulting from our professional experience – therefore we decided to give them a general name “Practice”. The connection between the materials attached and our professional practice may be expressed by the fact that these materials aim neither to settle doctrinal disputes nor to develop the science of law. We hereby try to express opinions confirmed by our experience gained within legal consultancy. It did happen to us that in particular cases we were compelled – like the vast majority of legal practitioners – to solve dilemmas which, so far, have not been confronted even by the Supreme Court nor by comments prepared by university professors. If the above authorities perceive the presented matters in a completely different manner and their stand considerably deviates from ours, we will accept it with full humility. However, before it happens, you may find our model documents very useful.
